Terms
The short version, and where the long one lives
This website shows Timothy’s work and points at the store. The terms that govern an actual purchase are the store’s, because that is where the purchase happens.

The artwork
Buying a print is not buying the copyright
Every painting, drawing and card image on this site is Timothy Colomer’s work and remains his. Buying a print, a card or even an original gets you the object, not the right to reproduce it, sell copies of it, or use it commercially.
If you want to license an image for something — a book, a product, a venue, a tattoo shop wall — that is a real conversation and he is open to it. Ask.
This website
What is here and what is not
Prices, availability and product details shown here are taken from the store and can change. The store is always the authority. If a painting on this site has no buy button, it is not listed yet — that is not an offer, it is an invitation to ask.
Links out to other websites are not endorsements of them, and their terms are their own.
Commissions
Agreed one at a time
A commission is its own agreement — what is being made, how big, in what medium, by when, and on what payment terms. Those get settled in writing before work starts, and they are what governs that piece.
The binding version
If the two ever disagree, the store wins
This page states Timothy’s terms in plain language. The version that governs your order is the one on the store, where the purchase actually happens.
