3. Share your photos – Send me clear, high-quality pictures of your pet. Multiple angles are best.

4. I create your artwork – Using your input, I paint your pet with skill, personality, and heart.

5. Review & Delivery – Once complete, I’ll send you a photo for approval before shipping your portrait.

📅 How long will it take to receive my painting?

Most portraits are completed within 2–3 weeks after we confirm your vision and I receive your photos. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

🖼 Do you offer framing?

Yes! I can frame your portrait for an additional fee so it arrives ready to hang. You’ll have the option to add framing at checkout.

📦 How is my painting shipped?

Your portrait will be carefully packaged in protective materials and shipped via tracked delivery to ensure it arrives safely.

🐶 Can you paint more than one pet in the same portrait?

Yes! Multiple pets can be included for an extra fee. Contact me for a custom quote before placing your order.

Because each portrait is a custom, made-to-order piece, returns are generally not accepted. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or with a mistake on my part, I will replace or repair it at no cost to you. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
